Meet Deb

There’s a great little tool on the internet called Wordle where you can create a word cloud from text that you copy and paste into it.  For example, using blogposts, presentations and other content I have created I merely copy and past the text into wordle and it provides me with a graphic showing me the key words in larger print.  This allowed me to see what were the most common themes to my content.  Then I was able to check those larger key words against my vision for Strength Leader, were they in tune?  Was my message in line with my vision?
What about you?  If you blog, are your blogposts in line with the overall message and vision you established?
What about your Facebook posts?  Twitter, Linkedin or Google+  messages?  Are they representing your vision well?  If you’re part of a larger team, are you messages in sync with their vision?  Should they be?
This week check out your words vs. your intended message.
