      Rafael A. Perez, DDS

Rafael A. Perez, DDS   This week’s guest is Dr. Rafael Perez. He is a customer service expert, professional speaker, and founder of Uber Good Experience.   Rafael works with small to medium business owners who seek to build a tribe of raving fans through super good customer service. By providing leaders with information and research-based tools, Rafael creates a customer service strategy uniquely fit to add value to any business.


Born in Puerto Rico and raised in the continental US, Rafael joined the Air Force as a young man and was assigned to the tail gun system of the B-52 bomber. After receiving the Kuwait Liberation Campaign Medal for his part in Operation Desert Storm, Rafael earned his bachelor’s degree at Midwestern State University in Biology, then later achieved his DDS from Baylor College of Dentistry.


Rafael continues to run a successful dental practice in Texas, applying all his customer service expertise to a community of happy clients.   As a natural speaker drawing on personal and professional experiences, Rafael delivers engaging, humorous, and — most importantly — applicable content that works!
