What Legacy Will You Choose?

This is now the time of year when a societal mind-shift tends to occur. It is when most people shift from driving outwardly toward work and business goals to reflecting inwardly on personal goals and family. It is the season of legacy.

It has been observed that the last six weeks of the year are much less productive than the previous six weeks, which are the most productive weeks of the year.

No matter how much we as leaders push or pull our teams toward productivity, there will be at least a minimal shift during this time. It is natural. It is also healthy for everyone to have this time of reflection.

As you travel for the holiday, this would be a great podcast to play for yourself and your family. In it, John Maxwell talks about legacy and how, “What we leave behind tells us how we got ahead.”

Legacy is intentional. How will you be remembered by those you lead – in your family, in your business, and in your community?

Enjoy the podcast! You will find it here Achieving the Legacy You Want to Leave. And…enjoy the holiday as well!
