Nice dream right.

Here is the reality.

It takes work, hard work. It means you’ll miss some family time, some fun time and that you will be uncomfortable for a while…maybe even a long while.

But.

At some point you’ll see it start to work.  It doesn’t happen overnight.  It takes time, effort and at times a feeling of nausea.
