Great info. I never thought that the pain in the neck, obstinate person is showing me a part of me. This will help me with the children I work with too. I’ve known for a couple of years that an accountability partner is important and approached a few for different aspects of my life, but there’s been no follow-through. Now I see that the person has to be more serious than I am so I can be pushed; I’ve been avoiding the right people and hanging on to the wrong ones. Thanks for the insights, Deb!
