William is currently employed as the Senior Director of Workforce Strategy, Diversity and Strategic Alliances for Major League Baseball in the Officer of the Commissioner.

He has been featured on the Black Enterprise Business Report, WMHT’s New York Now, News 12 Long Island, Newsday, The Network Journal, The Black Collegian, SAVOY Professional, Long Island Business News and has received a proclamation from the New York City Council for his work as a mentor, professional coach and contributions in the human resources field. William has served as president of National Association of African Americans in Human Resources Greater New York Chapter and is now serving as the National President of the Association.

William also served on the Executive Board of the Urban League of Long Island and is a 2007 recipient of the 10th Annual “40 Under Forty” Award by The Network Journal Magazine and a 2008 honoree by the Long Island Business News.

William served on the Graduate and Adult Enrollment Advisory Board for Marist College, has served as an adjunct professor at the State University of New York Brooklyn Economic Opportunity Center, and has been a guest speaker for organizations such as The World Diversity Leadership Summit, the Society for Human Resources Management, and the National Urban League to name only a few. He is also a member of Alpha Phi Alpha – Eta Theta Lambda Alumni chapter of Long Island, New York

He received his BS degree in business administration from South Carolina State University and his M.B.A. from Long Island University.
