It’s time for you to complete your online assessment.  Watch this video and then follow the directions below.

Before beginning your assessment, be sure to remove all distractions, (phone, tv, etc) and set asisde approximately 20 minutes (you can of course take as much time as you need).

Once you have completed your assessment, you will receive an email with a link for you to download your report. The report will be 20 or more pages therefore you may want to save it to your desktop rather than print it out.

Go to this Link and register as a NEW USER.   

The keycode that was emailed to you is for you alone and can not be reused.
